St Raymond English Medium School, Vamanjoor, celebrated India's 78th Independence Day with great fervor and patriotism. The event was presided over by Sr. Mariola, the educational coordinator.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the tricolor flag, symbolizing our nation's freedom and sovereignty. The entire school stood in reverence as the flag fluttered proudly, and the national anthem echoed through the campus, filling everyone with a sense of pride and unity.

Following the flag hoisting, the students showcased a series of colorful performances that captured the essence of patriotism. These included dances, songs, and skits that highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and the progress of our nation since Independence. The vibrant program was a tribute to the spirit of freedom and the enduring values that our country stands for.

The celebration concluded with Sr. Mariola addressing the students, encouraging them to uphold the values of democracy, unity, and integrity in their lives. The event was a reminder of the importance of Independence and the responsibilities of every citizen.
