The Staff Orientation Program of Bethany Eng. Med. School Bajpe, Bethany High School Mulky, Holy Family High School Bajpe, Little Flower High School Kinnigoli, Madeleine High School Mulky, Bethany Eng .Med.Hr. Pry School, Kilpady, Mulky, Little Flower Hr. Pry. School, Bajpe. Madeleine PU College was organized on the 17th May 2024, from 9am to 1pm.The program was hosted at Madeleine PU College Kilpady, Mulky.
The event commenced with a prayer led by Sr.Jessy Preema and group, Holy Family High School Bajpe, invoking blessings and setting a positive tone for the day. Mr. Alwyn from Little Flower High School Kinnigoli welcomed the gathering. Sr.Mariola BS, the Assistant Provincial Superior and the Educational Coordinator the resource person of the day, was given floral welcome by Mrs.Judy.

The master of ceremony, by Sr. Lydia BS ensured smooth transition between segments and maintained the flow of the event.Sr Mariola BS, the resource person familiarized the staff with the vision and core values of BES, highlighting the key points that align with the institution’s mission and goals. She emphasized the relevance of these values in our education system. “Generation Comparison “was played to illustrate the characteristics of different generations.
Following the input session, there were group discussion on “How will you involve the core values in your academics?” Each campus discussed the topic and the secretaries of the 10 groups reported their points to the entire gathering. As a conclusion Sr. Mariola BS inspired everyone to imbibe values and teach same values to children .Mrs Jyothi, proposed the vote of thanks.
