On Friday, 18th October, we celebrated Rainbow Day in the KG activity room with great excitement and joy.
To make learning fun, the children came dressed in rainbow-colored outfits. They enjoyed many creative activities, such as making colorful fans, umbrellas, stars, and caps. These activities helped them show their imagination and creativity.
We were delighted to welcome Corporate Manager Rev. Sr Dr Lilly Pereira BS, Educational Coordinator Rev. Sr Dr Mariola BS, 2nd Provincial Councillor Sr Dona BS, Correspondent Sr. Juliana Monis BS, Local Superior Sr Reena Juliet BS and our Headmistress Sr. Anitha BS, who visited the KG section to witness the celebration. Their encouraging presence added happiness to the event.
Rev. Sr Lilly Pereira shared an inspiring message with the children, encouraging them to be like a rainbow - colorful, joyful, and spreading positivity wherever they go.
The day was filled with laughter and creativity. The children proudly displayed the items they had prepared, all representing the rainbow’s seven colors. This celebration not only gave them a chance to have fun but also helped them understand the importance of each color and how they blend to form a rainbow. It was a wonderful lesson on togetherness and beauty in diversity. The children spoke confidently about the rainbow, sharing what they learned, and participated actively in group activities.
Rainbow Day was truly a joyful and colorful experience that created beautiful memories for everyone involved!
