Platinum Jubilee Celebration of Rosa Mystica Higher Primary School, Kinnikambla held with the Thanksgiving Mass.

A dream becomes a reality - Rosa Mystica Hr. Pry. School, Kinnikambla is completing its glorious years of its existence. The place was a barren land socially and economically backward.

The great visionary and Founder of Bethany Congregation Mgr. Raymond Francis Camillus Mascarenhas the Servant of God of Bethany Congregation Mangalore started the school on June 14th, 1939 to educate the under privileged and the poor children has grown in to a gigantic tree over the years the institute has educated the thousands of students who continue to shine brightly all over India and abroad.

To commemorate the great Event a Thanksgiving Holy Eucharist was offered by His Lordship Rt Rev. Dr Aloysious Paul D’Souza Bishop of Mangalore along with other Priests, Rev. Sr. Lillis BS the Asst. Superior General and the Vice President of Bethany Educational Society, Sr Mariette BS the Provincial Superior of Mangalore Province, along with the sisters, parents, teachers, well-wishers and over hundreds of students who participated in the celebration and thanked the almighty for his marvelous blessings poured on the institutions all through the past 75 years through the intercession of our Blessed Mother – The Mystical Rose.
 
The Bishop blessed and felicitated the management, staff, and students and prayed that the Institute may grow in name and fame and radiate the compassionate love of God.

Sr Lillis the Asst. Superior Genera l- recalled the happy memories of late founder Servant of God R. F. C Mascarenhas and the pioneers she also gratefully remembered all the past Headmistresses Correspondents teachers and specially the present Headmistress Sr Prashanthi BS and the Committed Staff.

The Bishop was welcomed by guard of honour given by the students along with Sr. Lillis Asst. Superior General, Sr. Mariette the Provincial Superior. Local Manager Sr Amita BS, Correspondent Sr Concetta BS and Sr Prashanthi BS the Headmistress, after which the Bishop blessed and addressed the students and the gathering. Ms. Leena Lilly Pinto teacher compered the programme and Mrs. Lucia Barboza proposed the vote of thanks.
